movinNgroovin is not your traditional gym or dance/gymnastics studio. Our goal is to help people, children through adults, have a more healthier lifestyle. We accomplish this through programs and activities that enable people to enjoy the benefits of physical activity and exercise in a fun, high-energy, low student-teacher ratio, and family friendly environment.
We offer programs through our Fitness, Activity, and Education Center. We look forward to having you become a member of our family.
